These terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from Iyra, an Ayurvedic beauty brand of Craveluxe ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pack colours may look slightly different on screen. Our products are for external use only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Do a patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store your card or UPI details.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Intellectual property

The Iyra and Craveluxe names, logos, images and text on this site belong to Craveluxe and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Grievances

For any complaint, contact our customer care at +91 63693 49534 or iyra.eq.social@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
