Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Here is what we can do.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with the wrong product, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Unopened products

Unopened products in their original seal can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
